I am interested in the large, reddish variety (I think they&#039;re called &quot;french&quot; shallots).  If you carry/sell them, when are they  available, and when should they be planted?  How long do they need to mature?  (The ones I grow are small and white and take forever to peel!)  Thank you!</description>
